- Biography: I LOVE Life Time Fitness West County, and I'm proud to be both a member and a part of the team here. Born and raised in small-town Missouri, I am a recent transplat to St. Louis and still call Springfield, Missouri, my home. While you may think I live here, I do have a great family at home: a husband, two amazing kids and two crazy dogs - things are never boring at our house!
- Expertise: I am a graduate of Missouri State University (go, Bears!) with a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies (Community Emphasis). Before coming to Life Time Fitness, I was an assistant manager and training for an historic motel and worked in public recreation for six years focusing on special events, youth camps and aquatics. I came to the pre-opening team here at Life Time Fitness West County as Member Activities Department Head and took over the Child Center in May. I love kids, and I am always happy to hear any feedback you have so that we can serve you better!
