Just like "The Little Toaster Story".."I think I can I think I can.." Curiosity kills the "Cat".........................so tell me Cat Arcori what is your rudder? At mile 18 or the last few reps............what do you tell your self? What keeps you making the proactive and positive choices (especially when your vulnerable and struggling). If you like to share you may find the thread post cathartic and solidifying of your belief. Perhaps your tricks and secrets will become your identity!! What is mine? Each morning I wake I up, I MUST not regret the day before, so I may sure I live each day allowing for a clean slate the very next!!   This is food choices, relationships, and even the thought process in my head (I just maintain that mantra)....how will this decision make you feel tomorrow Cat? Please share, I love this connection. ;-)

I would say my biggest motivating factor when I have just about had all I can take....Is the feeling I know will follow with the accomplishment of doing what I thought I couldn't or didn't feel like doing.  ( I guess you would say PRIDE, is my motivating factor.. )

Music always helps move me too.

This wasn't always the case.  I had to have a fire lit under me to get me to that point.  And Cat was holding the lighter...  Through all of her encouragement and positive outlook, it just started clicking.  I CAN do this, and then I did it.  The feeling of being able to accomplish what you are setting your mind to is addictive.  And that is definitely a motivating factor.

So my advice to anyone who may actually read this comment...is... YOU CAN DO IT!

Anything you put your mind to.  Put your heart in it too.  And you will go far!
