Just like "The Little Toaster Story".."I think I can I think I can.." Curiosity kills the "Cat".........................so tell me Cat Arcori what is your rudder? At mile 18 or the last few reps............what do you tell your self? What keeps you making the proactive and positive choices (especially when your vulnerable and struggling). If you like to share you may find the thread post cathartic and solidifying of your belief. Perhaps your tricks and secrets will become your identity!! What is mine? Each morning I wake I up, I MUST not regret the day before, so I may sure I live each day allowing for a clean slate the very next!!   This is food choices, relationships, and even the thought process in my head (I just maintain that mantra)....how will this decision make you feel tomorrow Cat?
