At 45 years old, and a mother of two adult children, Peggy Vreeland, MSW, practices what she preaches! She is a living example of maintaining overall fitness across the lifespan and has learned, through trial AND error, that TRUE FITNESS requires balance, and that it requires CONTINUAL self-evaluation in order for us to keep up with the many changes and challenges life has to offer.
Her warm and friendly style immediately sets her clients at ease, while her wealth of knowledge and confidence inspires trust and helps her clients get excited about reaching their fitness goals.
Peggy Vreeland, MSW, is a certified personal trainer at LIFETIME FITNESS in TROY, MI. She also competed in several bodybuilding, fitness, and figure competitions over the past decade and was the 1998 Ms. Fitness Michigan.
She holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. She specializes in Interpersonal Relationships, Children and Family.
Her passion is finding the BALANCE in today's perspective on FITNESS. Having been at the top in PHYSICAL fitness, she realizes that TRUE fitness takes much, much more than just physical health.
Focusing on assisting her clients in self-evaluation on SEVERAL fitness fronts, including Mental, Relationship, Financial, and Spiritual fitness, Peggy works individually with her clients to help them achieve their unique, and ever-changing fitness goals.
