A brief bio: My name is Logan Thorne, and I'm a personal trainer at the Rochester Hills Club. I grew up as a very overweight teen/adolescent. During the '70s, my mother successfully lost 200 lbs (without surgery). In order to follow in her footsteps, so to speak, I was destined to gain a lot of weight. So then I, too, had to lose it!
When I was 22 years old, I lost 160 lbs (also without surgery). Today I'm 45-years old. After spending 17 years in corporate america, I went back to school to acquire the education and tools needed to teach and motivate others on how to achieve their health and fitness goals. Through the use of metabolic principles and testing, biomechanical processes, nutrition education and exercise physiology, I teach and motivate my clients to achieve their goals in the healthiest, most effiicient ways possible. I hope you'll stop by and experience So Fit, You'll Freak. And who knows? You too might become so fit, you'll freak!
