Yay! So glad to have Lan's Saturday yoga back

There is just nothing like yoga with Lan.  Once you get used to her style, you are HOOKED!

I have started yoga after so many years. And I enjoy Lan's class very much.

Lan is the best yoga instructor at Lifetime.  I wish I could attend her classes everyday!
