evening classes

I would love to be able to attend more classes like CRT, No Limits, Kick boxing, but 6p and later is a bit late after working all day.

What is the possibility of having these classes offered at a more reasonable time between 4:45 and 5:30? There is nothing on the schedule like these Wednesday thru Friday.

Are you in Parker or Westminster?

Re: evening classes

I also have same feedback. I'm in Parker and looks like there is nothing available for someone working-out in evening. If I leave work at 6pm then there are three of four classes in "whole week" I can attend.

What class times are you looking for?  And what formats would you like to see?

Re: evening classes

6:45pm or later. Any class but different on different days. Means, not cycle class on every 6:30-or-later but different classes on different days so that one can have variety in his/her routine. Strike, strength, cycle, kickbox, total conditioning, core etc.

Thanks

Re: evening classes
I have the same request as Fazal - for a 6:45 or later spin classes.  I want my husband to join Lifetime, but he works downtown, so he can't make the morning or the evening spin classes.  A later spin class would be so helpful for those who have a commute downtown.  As winter and the time change approach, riding outdoors after work or to and from work diminish and he'll have to ride inside.   Thanks for considering it.

Re: evening classes
I agree with the others that would like more diversity in PM classes.  I'd like to see a fitness pilates pilates and/or the yoga/pilates fusion classes in the 6pm area.

Re: evening classes

Thank you all for your feedback!  It will be useful when creating the winter schedule.

Just a few responses to your requests ~ the earliest I could have another set of Studio Ride classes, would be 7:15 due to the prior class ending at 7:00pm.  My concern is that people wouldn't come since they would be getting out at 8:15PM.  We do have early morning (5:30) 3 days a week that might be a possibility.  As for the mind/body classes being earlier, the issue with that is the noise situation.  Since another class is going on in the studio next door, volume turns into an issue.  We are going to try at 7PM Wed night Pilates class starting in Nov.  Let me know if this is more what you're looking for.

Again, I really appreciate and value your feedback!  We'll get this right so that everyone can experience the joy of Group Fitness!
