I have looked at the Yoga descriptions and they all say intermediate. I have started meditation, listening to Yoga Nidra. However I have never done actual Yoga. What would be the best class to start out with?
All of the instructors are really good about showing modifications for beginners, and advanced options for members who have been coming for a while, to ensure everyone has a positive experience! Let the instructor know beforehand that this is your first time, and they will take extra care to make sure you are following along. Just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day, and everyone else had their "first class" too! Yoga is not a competition, so don't be discouraged... the more you go, the better you'll become!
