TENNIS 101 - An Introduction to Tennis Basics

Tennis 101 is a series of four 90-minute lessons designed for the player who is just beginning tennis, or who has been away from the game for a while.  Students will learn the basics of each stroke in an energetic and rewarding atmosphere with other players of the same ability.

TENNIS 201 - An Introduction to Singles & Doubles Strategy

The next step for the aspiring tennis player, Tennis 201 will take everything you learned about stroke mechanics in 101 and apply it to "live ball" situations.  Four 90-minute sessions will be devoted to Singles and Doubles strategy in a comfortable, informative environment.

TENNIS 301 - Supervised Match Play

Tennis 301 is a series of four 90-minute "match play" sessions for past 101 and 201 participants.  The goal of these sessions is to gain confidence in your game by playing singles and doubles, with a pro "court-side" to answer questions and critique your play.  Tennis 301 will prepare you to compete in the many leagues and tournaments at Life Time Fitness.

Hello Claire--for now you can view the schedules for each location in the "Tennis at My Club" section of the main tennis page (left tower, mid-screen)---we will be adding more specifics directly in this link soon.  To register for these classes you can call the Tennis Desk at the club.  Before the month is over, we hope to add the functionality where you can sign up online!  Thanks.
