STEPHEN MARQUEZ says in response to Raquel James:

I just made an appt. at the Austin South location for a men's haircut and they are tellling me that (a) this must be an old promotion and (b) the stylist I want to see is $25.

Can you clarify as to who is correct on this matter? Thanks!

Mr. Marquez, I am sorry that this happened. This promotion is not something that all of our technicians participate in. However, this was not clearly explained to you, so I will contact the S. Austin Department Head, Christine Chism, and have her get you set up with this.
