T.E.A.M WEIGHT LOSS FAQ's
1. What is T.E.A.M. Weight Loss?
The T.E.A.M. Weight Loss program is a 12-week program that meets three times weekly with a Nutrition Coach/Registered Dietitian and a certified Personal Trainer. The program provides nutritional guidance and support while offering the full benefits of working out with 9—18 of your peers who are determined to achieve the same goal—weight loss!
2. How much is it?
The program itself is $499.50 plus a $150 joiner fee. At the beginning of the program, you will work with your Personal Trainer to establish a weight loss and body composition goal. The $150 joiner fee will be completely refunded if you achieve this goal within the 12-week program. The program cost can be paid in full at the time of enrollment or can paid in three installments of $166.50.
3. What is included in the nutrition support group?
Each session is led by a Nutrition Coach. Nutrition-related topics are discussed within the group and vary each week. Our healthy meal plans encourage a lifestyle change, creating a system that is practical, logical and easy to follow.
The nutrition support group meets for the first 30 minutes of the first T.E.A.M. session of each week. After the nutrition support group meets, you are off to your workout for the balance of the hour.
4. What are the workouts like?
The exercise portion of the program involves your entire team in a group training setting. Workouts are conducted three times weekly and take place primarily on a group of treadmills reserved specifically for the T.E.A.M. session. Early in the program you’ll start off with a 40-minute workout and slowly work your way up to a 50-minute workout. The training program incorporates both light upper-body strength training and heart rate-based cardio training. This combination creates a unique and exhilarating workout designed to produce results.
Because the cardio program incorporates heart rate training, the program is adaptable to any fitness level—from sedentary to active individuals. The program is designed with your progress and success in mind with a series of workouts that will challenge you more and more each week—ultimately helping you achieve your goal. Your Personal Trainer is there the entire time providing support and professional guidance, motivation and assurance that you are on the right track to achieving your fitness goal—and ultimately the $150 joiner fee refund!
5. What happens if I miss a session?
Your Personal Trainer will provide you with a workout to complete on your own. This way you won’t fall behind in class.
6. Is it fun?
The class is designed to produce results and it is fun and entertaining so time passes very quickly. Our T.E.A.M. members say it best:

Once you register, you’ll work within a small group of between 8 to 15 people who share your desire for support, motivation and measurable weight-loss results.
