Looking for a small-group, higher-intensity program to improve your fitness and lead you to a healthier, shapelier body?

 

Welcome to T.E.A.M.™ Fitness -- a 12-week cardio and strength training program designed to give you the resources and support you need.

 

 

T.E.A.M. Fitness:

 

    * Features personalized instruction and support from trainers and nutrition coaches
    * Consists of three group training sessions per week with nutrition coaching every other week
    * Creates a challenging, rewarding, fun and results-oriented environment
    * Promotes long-term lifestyle change, not quick fixes

 

1. What is T.E.A.M. Fitness?

For graduates of T.E.A.M. Weight Loss, T.E.A.M. Fitness is a 12-week program designed to help you get and stay fit, eat healthy and increase your endurance. It combines expert support from personal trainers and nutrition coaches with the camaraderie of 8 to 12 other people who share your desire for results.

 

The objective is to see improvements in body weight, body composition, strength and endurance over the 12-week period.
How it works

T.E.A.M. Fitness :
  • is a higher-intensity, 12-week cardio and strength training program featuring small-group workouts including functional training and cardiovascular exercise
  • features personalized instruction and sports nutrition guidance by Nutrition Coaches, who are registered dietitians
  • involves three group training sessions per week with nutrition coaching every other week
  • is challenging, fun, motivational and results-oriented -- all at less than $14 per session!

T.E.A.M. Fitness groups are now forming. To register, see a member of the Personal Training or Nutrition Coaching staff or stop by the information desk.

 

Once you register, you’ll work within a small group of 8 to 12 people who share your desire for support, motivation and results. We’re confident you’ll like what you see!

Three monthly installments of $166.50 – less than $14 per session.

1. How much does it cost?
The entire program cost is $499.50, which can be paid in three installments of $166.50. The program costs less than $14 per session!

2. What is included in the nutrition support sessions?
Each session is led by a Nutrition Coach who is a registered dietitian. Nutrition-related topics are discussed within the group and vary each week, focusing on guidance, support and accountability. Our healthy nutrition training encourages long-term lifestyle changes that develop practical, logical and easy to follow nutritional practices.

3. What are the workouts like?
It’s your entire team in a group setting. Workouts are 60 minutes and usually take place on the fitness floor, balancing cardio and strength training.

 

The program focuses on measurement -- especially your heart rate -- which makes it adaptable to many fitness levels. You’ll be challenged more each week. Your Personal Trainer will be there the entire time to provide support, professional guidance, motivation and assurance that you’re on the right track to achieving your fitness goal.

4. What happens if I miss a session?
Don’t worry. Your Personal Trainer will provide you with a workout to complete on your own and you won’t fall behind.

5. Is it fun?
Yes! It’s a challenge, but it’s designed to be something you’ll look forward to doing. With the camaraderie of a small group setting, you’ll have a great time working and learning alongside others who want what you want -- support, motivation and measurable results.
