League Requirements

The UH League is exclusive to Life Time Fitness members only

» $60 league registration fee per player
» A minimum of 7 players per team
» Must 18 years of age or older to participate
» ALL players must purchase and wear the official UH jersey [Order Here] or wear a league-approved customized jersey.  Players may wear their UH Official jerseys for multiple seasons and are NOT required to purchase a new jersey each season.  Teams are allowed to create their own customized jerseys.  Jerseys must be reversible (light/dark side) with numbers on front and back.   The same color and design must be consistent for all your team members.  Teams can not wear jerseys issued from another league.

UH League Divisions

» Men's Open Division- open to teams with players of any skill levels

» Men's Recreational Division [Minnesota Only] -  No ex-college basketball players are allowed to play in the Recreational Division.  This also includes ex-college junior varsity players


Free Agency [Players looking to be placed on a team]

Free Agency is a great option for members who don't have enough players to form their own teams.  Just write in "Free Agent Team" in the Team Name section of the signup form and we'll place you on team
