T.E.A.M. Weight Loss! What can I say?! Our average weight loss at Johns Creek is 15.8lb in 12 weeks with the record being 32 lb. We always have fun and never dread our workouts. T.E.A.M. Weight Loss is innovative, entertaining, and easy. We take you through scientifically based fat burning workouts to make you reach you weight loss goal. We have assessments on week 1, 4 , 8, and 12 to track your progress. We have participants who have been in T.E.A.M. programs for over a year and have gone above and beyond what they expected. T.E.A.M. BOOT CAMP

T.E.A.M. Boot Camp! If you are getting board with your workouts and feel like you are hitting a plateau, Boot Camp is for you. Our current record fat loss if 10% in 4 weeks! We burn calories like a Ferrari burns high octane gas! We go through a 4-week conditioning phase followed by 4 weeks of hypertrophy training and finish is off with 4 weeks of endurance/cutting to get you the best body ever. If you think your 6-pack is unachievable, so did Kelly (front and center) who is in her mid 30's and a mother of two, before Boot Camp. Personal Successes from some Johns Creek, Ga T.E.A.M. participants:

"In July 2008 I felt fat, flabby, tired and dispirited. 50 years old, and going downhill fast. I had to do something. After signing up at Life Time Fitness, my body age assessment showed I was 59 years old - EEEEK! However, not for long. I joined T.E.A.M. Weight Loss, and the combination of diet and exercise has really worked for me. We meet weekly with a dietitian to go over the science of eating well, and we meet three times a week for a cardio workout. These sessions are fun, and with a group of people who are sharing the same goal - lose weight, get in shape and most importantly, FEEL BETTER! After the first 6 weeks, I had recorded a noticeable improvement. After the full 12-week course, my body age assessment test returned 48 years. I lost 11 years as well as 16 pounds! Dana, our T.E.A.M. weight loss instructor, rocks!

I've signed up to repeat the class, and am enjoying it the second time around. To further improve things, I've signed up for twice a week personal training sessions with Dana to get rid of the flab, and build some muscle. The results have been great. Twice the energy, no more creaking aches and pains that come with getting old, and a zest for life that I have not felt in years!

"I probably would not have tried the class if I hadn't won two free weeks in the T.E.A.M. Challenge & Expo event. Fortunately, I won and was able to participate in Boot Camp. It is definitely an all around, hardcore workout that leaves you feeling like you achieved something in the quick hour of the class. What keeps it exciting is that each day the exercises and circuits are different so it's not boring or repetitive. Chris does a great job incorporating variety into each session while still ensuring you're getting a total body workout.


Although the training is intense, the exercises are properly laid out so you don't get burned out. Just when you think you're energy is running on low, Chris continues to push you and gives you the extra burst of energy. Furthermore, even though I was only able to do 6 classes due to my husband and I moving to Arizona, I do feel a difference in my fitness level and have been able to push myself outside of the class to do more. On that note, every exercise we performed in the class is something you can do on your own in between sessions.


I would recommend Boot Camp to anyone. I honestly believe in this program. I'm certain you will also get hooked."
