Ashtanga Yoga – Pre-requisite: Hatha Yoga Level I/II, Sun Salutations, and Vinyasa. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.


Fitness Yoga – Intermediate. This non-purist yoga class is specifically designed for the mainstream fitness participant. We will integrate body and mind through yoga poses for total performance with focus on strength, conditioning and flexibility.


Fluid Strength – Experience the latest signature format to be offered at Life Time. Come enjoy an energized fusion of easy to follow rhythmic movement, yoga and strength. The focus of this inspirational barefoot signature format is a combination of awareness, stability, strength, flexibility and mobility. Be prepared to let go and move; no judgments. All levels welcome and no yoga experience necessary!


Gentle Flow Yoga – Intermediate. Geared for the Gentle Warrior, those just starting out, recovering from injury or simply want a less intense approach to Fitness Yoga. We will hold some poses longer and enjoy an extended final relaxation. Options will be offered for a variety of poses.


Hatha Yoga – Intermediate. This class focuses on foundational yet challenging poses, sequencing, safe technique, proper breathing, and integration, of the mind in order to build the foundation of yoga practice.


Hatha Yoga I – Class focuses on basic poses, sequencing, safe technique, proper breathing, and integration of the mind in order to build the foundation of a Yoga practice.


Hatha Yoga I/II – Pre-requisite: Hatha Yoga Level I. Participants are encouraged to have foundational knowledge and be prepared for more challenging poses, breath work, and integration of Vinyasa.


Hatha Yoga II/III – Pre-requisite: Hatha Yoga Level I. Participants are encouraged to have foundational knowledge and be prepared for more challenging poses, breath work, and integration of Vinyasa.


Style-Specific Intro Class – i.e. Iyengar, Anusara, etc. Descriptions will vary by style.


Vinyasa (Sun Salutations) – An introduction to Vinyasa that complements Hatha Yoga Level I establishing the ground work to a flow based practice for beginners. Learn a traditional basic sequence of poses.


Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Intermediate. A dynamic practice allowing for fluid transition from posture, while maintaining connection to the breath and laying the ground work to create a flow-based practice. Foundational yet vigorous sequences can be expected.


Vinyasa Yoga I/II – Pre-requisite: Hatha Yoga Level I and Sun Salutations. A dynamic class allowing for a fluid transition from posture to posture, while maintaining connection to the breath. Vigorous sequences can be expected.


Vinyasa Yoga II/III – Pre-requisite: Vinyasa I/II. This class adds higher level of intensity and complexity to the class flow challenging the participant to higher awareness and breath connection.


Yoga/Pilates Fusion – Intermediate. Get the best of both worlds! Yoga and Pilates fused together with an approach designed for the mainstream fitness participant.
