Try one of our introductory classes designed to set you up for success. Foundations - Strength – If you are new to strength training or simply prefer a less intense workout, this is your class! Getting started and getting more out of your day-to-day activities is the focus. A variety of equipment will be used and modifications will be given. Intro to Cycle – Learn about proper bike set up, cadence, and safety to get the most out of your cycling classes. Intro to Step – Learn basic choreography and terminology to prepare you for Step or Step Interval class. Intro to Yoga – Learn the basic postures and breathing techniques that will prepare you to enjoy and feel successful in any of our yoga offerings. Saturday Sampler – Come find out more about all that Group Fitness has to offer! Each Sampler will feature a taste of Life Time Fitness Group Fitness formats followed up by a Q&A session. Specific formats offered each week will be posted outside the Group Fitness Studio. |
