STRIKE!...powered by Everlast. Strike Zone is the latest signature format to be offered at Life Time Fitness. It is an intense, kickboxing-inspired workout, sponsored by Everlast. Challenge yourself with this full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with optional weighted gloves, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. This is NOT your typical kickboxing class!


Total Conditioning – Advanced. Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning. This intense athletic workout uses a variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for an efficient, easy-to-follow workout. Note: You'll want to master "Strictly Strength" before moving on to Total Conditioning.


No Limits Circuit – Advanced. Challenge yourself with this athletic-based cardio/strength training circuit workout set up in stations. Time flies as you make your way around the circuit and walk -or crawl away with a complete, full-body workout!


CRT (Cardio Resistance Training) – This class will alternate intervals of intermediate, choreographed cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will keep you coming back for more!


50/50 – Intermediate. The first half of this intermediate class starts off with cardio training and the second half includes basic strength training. The type of cardio you can expect will be posted.


Trail Mixx – Take your workout OUTdoors and enjoy this athletic bootcamp-style challenge that will improve your cardiovascular as well as muscular endurance. This is a seasonal class available not available in all markets. See your club for details.
