Studio Ride – Intermediate. Studio Ride classes are fun, exhilarating indoor cycle journeys set to great, motivating music. You will burn a ton of calories, get lean, increase lower-body strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance while being coached through various ride profiles including Aerobic Endurance Intervals, Anaerobic Threshold Intervals, Hills, & Strength and Speed Play. Outdoor cycling experience is not required.


Cardio Kickboxing – Intermediate. Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.


CONTACT! – Advanced. Those punches and kicks will never been the same as you take your cardio kickboxing skills to the heavy bag in this stress-relieving cardiovascular challenge.


No Limits Cardio – Advanced. This athletic-based cardio class is sure to challenge you with non-stop speed, plyometric and agility drills. Bring out the athlete in YOU!


The MIXX – Advanced. Combine cardio kickboxing, athletic drills, high-impact moves and low-impact/dynamic moves and you have one, high-energy, tough cardio workout. Sprinkle in some fun, stimulating funk moves and you have The Mixx.


Endurance Ride – Intermediate. This aerobic base building ride is the perfect way to recover from a hard week of intense training and help you improve your overall endurance. You will teach your body how to burn more fat and sugar at a higher caloric burn rate.

Step – Intermediate. Enjoy a traditional step experience that incorporates intermediate-level choreography set to great music and focusing on aerobic endurance.


Step - Interval – Intermediate. In step interval, you will enjoy intermediate-level step choreography while also being challenged to your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with intervals of athletic drills.


Master Step – Advanced. Do you love advanced step choreography? If so, this class is for you! Come join this non-stop step party and enjoy being challenged physically as well as mentally. Previous step experience is recommended.


Kickbox Jam – Intermediate. This cardio kickboxing workout challenges you with a more choreographed approach. You will experience not only martial arts drills but also dance-inspired movements. Form and technique is still the primary focus, but be prepared to shake things up as well.


Cardio Blast – Intermediate. Cardio Blast gives you a taste of what started it all hi/lo aerobics. If you are looking for a fun, high energy choreographed cardio class filled with enthusiasm and great music - this is it!


Dance Jam – Intermediate. It is time to jam like you are on the dance floor! Possible inspirations for this fun workout are funk, jazz, modern, etc. The class will vary based on the style, background and training of the instructor.


Triple Cardio – Intermediate. Looking for variety in your cardio workout? This non-stop movement class offers three different segments of choreographed cardiovascular training. We are never bored in this class.


Hip Hop – Intermediate. Get ready for the breakdown with the hottest Hip Hop music. This class moves you step by step with fun choreography to get your feet moving and heart pumping.


Latin Fusion – Intermediate. Heat things up with the hottest Latin music and moves. You are sure to be energized with this hot and spicy cardio workout. Think you cannot work your hips? Think again and come try it!


Soul Grooves – Intermediate. Leave your inhibitions at the door as you free your spirit and experience the joy of being alive! You will be able to express yourself and feel empowered through an easy to follow journey of various forms of dance and rhythmic movement. This class will invigorate your body while refining balance and posture. Let go of self judgment and expectations, just DANCE! *Shoes optional.
