Class Types & Descriptions

Aqua – The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint-sensitive individual. You need not be a swimmer to participate.


Aqua Flex – (Beginner/Special Populations) Improve joint range of motion, flexibility and balance.To improve the ease of daily living activities, this format will include stretching with gentle movement and proper joint and muscle group alignment exercises. Overall well-being is stressed.


Deep Water – (Intermediate) Let us take you to the deepest parts of water fitness training. This challenging class incorporates high-intensity, non-impact strength and cardiovascular movements that provide one of the best forms of exercise. *Must be comfortable in deep water.


Hydro Cycle – Using a stationary aqua bike, this class provides the excitement of an indoor cycling class but with the enjoyment and added resistance of the water. All fitness levels welcome, water shoes are necessary.


Hydro Training – An athletic approach to water fitness training with sports-specific drills, intense cardiovascular work, intervals, and plyometrics. You’re sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance.


Water Circuit – This combination of cardio and strength training takes you through a series of stations using effective circuit training principles and the latest aquatic equipment for a total body workout.
