      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:81baada4-6c86-44fe-9b0c-7489a1eab9e3] --&gt;&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here's a question for all morning exercisers: how do you motivate yourself to get out of bed in the morning and go work out?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I exercise first thing in the morning, before the work day begins, because I know if I don't I'll either A) feel too tired to do it later, B) want to make plans with friends, family, or just relax after work, or C) if I don't get my workout out of the way first thing, I fear the rest of the day may be too jampacked to fit it in.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Working out is really important to me because it keeps me healthy &lt;em&gt;and&lt;/em&gt; sane! Breaking a sweat clears my head, brightens my mood, and, of course, helps me stay in shape. So it's a huge motivator for me to jump out of bed and hit the gym knowing that the morning hours may be the best, or the only, time of the day that I can exercise.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What about you? Weigh ins are on fridays for me and last friday i was down 23 LBS!!! thats almost 8 lbs a week! So there is my encouraging result so far. I havent even WANTED a smoke in over a month!! So i decided to have a go at the weightloss. It is hosted on the US Squash ranking online software so you can enter scores online, follow your league and email players! Courts are reserved for league night and prizes are awarded every 6 weeks. Games are scheduled for you, but don't worry if you can't make a night you can still reschedule. Leagues earn you club and national ranking points. The ladder also awards club and national ranking points.
