      <title>Heart rate monitor? What one?</title>

Since that is the brand that Lifetime reccomends I am looking into that one right now. I am not a runner and can not run due to 7 past knee surgeries. So with that in mind I am looking for one that I am able to use with the cardio equipment, weights, fitness classes and aqua classes as well. I have seen the F6, FT60, and RS300x. What particular monitor will help me stay in the zones and lose the weight through all the fitness activities.Any input would be great.
