Bad Haircut

For those of you who had a haircut in the Salon, would you agree they have the worst service? The quality of a haircut is better in haircuttery yet the price is 5 times more. I had a coupon for a haircut and free eyebrow wax for $40.- which was expiring. I asked them before the coupon had expired if I could make my appointment scheduled after the expiration and they said yes. Well, when I showed up it wasn't the case. Worse thing is the haircutter didn't do much with my hair yet I had to pay $55.- Never going back again. I think I could have gotten a better haircut at haircuttery.

I don't understand what kind of discount we get for hair cut and color being a member in Lifetime.They say its $45 for cut and $35 for colour.I was charged 100$ for cut and colour .The outside salons would charge even less.Dont see any advantage getting service in lifetime salon.

Atleast give discount for members who come regularly!!!

Kids haircut promotion- failed

My wife took my son for a haircut on 9/15/09, Scottsdale location salon. I hate to admit but was the worst haircut he ever had. It took her (hairdresser) 15 min. We wanted to try it out and obviously we did (at the expense of my son). At least we know where not to go....

Just wanted to say that we have had great experiences with getting both of our kids (ages 2 and 3) haircuts at Loudoun Lifetime. Not only did they get a great cut (and my little guy has crazy curly hair which can be hard to manage), but the staff was awesome at making the kids enjoy the experience. Linda has cut both of their hair and does an awesome job at making it fun and calming their nerves. Now they ask to go get their hair cut. So, thanks Linda and the whole spa staff for doing an awesome job!!

I use to find things on your site...now I don't. I don't want you just to send me a link, I want you to send me step by step instructions on how to get to the lifespa pricing. You use to be able to get to it in 3 clicks, not I can't find it after 1 hour. Found nail pricing, that is it. Did you guys have a test group before you launched this new site...it is awful and I speak from experience as I have been a web developer for 13 years. Next time, get a focus group together.

Have curly hair? just don't know what to do with it? is it always dry or frizzy? or just big and too much? well your answer is a great haircut and Bumble baby, Bumble and bumble curls concious!!!! Its the best thing since cars were invented, This product if used,correctly will transform your dry brillo pad to beautifull nourished shiny soft bouncy curls. As for the hair cut I will cut and tame your locks to the way your hair lays this is such a key point to beautiful curls as well. If you have curly hair then its no secret to you that your curls are uneven. In some spots there tighter and other spots it s looser and even possibly in some spots there is no curl.This all needs to be cut differently, It makes no sense at all to cut this hair completely even and with just a straight edge, when your hair is obviouslly any thing but that. That type of cut will only accentuate your problem areas. Now this does not mean that the stylist just goes in and cuts your hair completely uneven and jagged to the point where it looks like you cut our own hair. It takes a trained eye to cut this hair type. something I have conquered over the years of getting horrible haircuts, You see I too have curly hair and have mastered how to handle it.The bottom line is it needs to be cut on how it lays.Which is different for every person since obviously every ones curls are different. Don't be shy. Come see me at the warrenville club and I will help take care of your curls. And by the way ,My hair is very curly and when its blown out straight you would never guess that ,and with it being blown out straight my hair cut stiil has the apperance of being balanced and evenly cut, even though its anything but that.

At first I was nervous to start my series of Laser Hair Removal. During my consultation Abby answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Several times in the last few weeks I've tried to stop into the LifeSpa in White Bear Lake to set up an appointment, and it's been closed, when it was supposed to be open. It seems that it's been closing early or not opening at all in some cases (Sundays in particular). Have the hours changed? If so, could you post the new hours so that I know when I can try to set up appointments?
