Update to July 18th Run/Ride/Swim

We had so much fun the last time, we decided to join together the cycle club, run club and tri club for another ride/run/swim on Saturday. You may choose to do all three or just one if you'd like. Please note that our meeting location has changed.

*******When: Saturday July 18th

6:30am - swim

7am - ride

8am - run

Where: Deer Creek Canyon Rd. (From the club, take Parker Rd. to E-470 west. Exit at Wadsworth and go south (left). Take a right on Deer Creek Canyon Rd. and park on the side of the road. We will ride Deer Creek Canyon Rd. at 7am. Those of you who would like to do the swim at 6:30am, please contact Kari Ginn at kaginn@yahoo.com Runners will meet after the ride at 8am and join Kathy for a 3-5 mile run at Chatfield Reservoir.
