I wanted to let everyone know that there have been some new Pilates reformer classes and times available to you that I encourage everyone to try. If you are new to the Pilate's method, I will offer you a free introductory class. You should send me a private message if you are interested and we can set up the day and class time you wish to try.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pilate's is for &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;everyone&lt;/span&gt;, men and women! It was created by a man, Joseph Hubertus Pilates. According to Mr. Pilates after 10 sessions you feel the difference, after 20 sessions you notice the difference, and after 30 sessions you have a completely new body!
