Attention Members:  We hope that all of you had a very healthy & happy holiday season and that all of your new year's resolutions are going well thus far.  We have a couple of reminders for the New Year and our busy season to help make all of our member's experience better:

1. As a member, new or existing, a Free Fitness Assessment with a Certified Personal Trainer is included with your membership.  This will help to educate you toward reaching your personal fitness goals.  Please email Mitchell Keyes at mkeyes@lifetimefitness.com to get this set up.
2. Please refrain from talking loudly on your cell phones on the second floor while you are working out.  As a courtesy to others please don't answer your phone during the Group Fitness classes.
3. Please use proper club etiquette and return all weights to the racks, don't drop your dumbbells, and discard of your towels and garbage in the receptacles provided.
4. Please keep kids under 12 from being on the fitness floor, entering the hot tubs, dry sauna, and steam rooms as these areas are not safe for our junior members.
5. Please lock and secure all belongings in the lockers provided to you.  We now have security lockers that are available for your use in the hallway by the child center.  If you need any assistance using these lockers please let us know.  As a reminder, Life Time Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. As the New Year brings some of our heaviest traffic, the leadership team at Old Orchard is committed to making sure that you have a great experience while you are here.  If your experience is not a "10" please let us know.
