And mine was an open bypass not laproscopic. I lost about 100 pounds after the surgery but like many people I have met and heard about I eventually managed to gain it all back. The first year I COULDN'T overeat, no way I could do it, the bypass left only a small amount of my stomach available. Two bites and I literally could not eat another bite. But as time pased, I learned to eat more and I gained the whole amount back. But now I am losing in a smart way. I have already lost 136 and Ihave only a few more pounds til I am where I want to be. How?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I could tell you all about Sparkpeople.com but I am losing because I have addressed the reasons and purpose all that fat took on in my life.
