9-8-10 Training Day

Hill repeats on the treadmill this morning.  10 minute agility form warm-up, second 2x1 mile/2 minute rec. Hill Repeats.  1 Mile- 7%-8% 6-6.2 mph, 2 Mile- 8%-9% 5.8-6 mph.  Chest felt like it was gonna explode after second mile.  3 minute cool-down.  Stretching, mobility to end.  Skipping the strength & conditioning workout because we have parent orientation after school.

9-7-10 Training Day

TT Row this morning.  2347 meters ended with 5k with endurance cool-down.  Strength recovery after along with stretching, foam roller, and mobility.

Easy swim at the apartment pool this afternoon.  500 meters 11:30 minutes.  Feel good and stretched.  Some more stretching later.

9-6-10 AM Training Day

Strength & Conditioning to start this morning.  21-15-9 Reps of Kip Pull-Ups, Ring Push-Ups, 105lb. Front Squat- 8:26 minutes.  Did some core work to follow.  After some recovery, 5x800meters w/90sec. rec.  on the treadmill because it was crappy out and raining this morning.  9.1,9.2,9.2,9.4,9.5 mph.  Endurance on the C2 rower after 1 mile 6:20 minutes.  Gonna get some stretching in and maybe an easy run later.....

9-4-10 AM Training Day

Interval bike die this morning.  8x1k sprints w/90 recovery.  Stayed on the trainer so kept the interval time to 90 seconds.  Did 15x1/1 pacer intervals after.  Then endurance and spinning for recovery.  1:45 hrs. total.  Gonna try to get a recovery spin later and some core work.

Hill tempo run this morning.  1 mile@5% 10 min. pace, 1 mile@6% 9:30 min. pace, 1 mile @10% 12 min. pace.  HR was 80-90%+.  Pretty tough workout.

9-2-10 Training Day

Strength & Conditioning this morning 5 sets 30/30 intervals of Hand Stand Push-Ups, GH Sit-Ups, 35 lb. plate Lunge Walk.  Total reps for each set.  #1- 43, #2- 48, #3- 52, #4- 52, #5- 54.5.  Interval swim after.  4/2, 5/2, 6/2, 5/2, 4/2.  179m, 222m, 259m, 222m, 174m.  I'm kinda tired to say less....  Stretching and monility later on.

Strength & Conditioning this morning.  6 sets/1 reps @70% of Clean & Jerks 75lbs.  10 sets on the minute of 2 reps@75% of Squats 185lbs.  Finally, 10 minutes of 5 rep Thrusters 95lbs. on the minute.  Some stability/core work as cool-down as well stretching.

Strength & Conditioning after school.  "Helen"  3 sets of 400 meter run, 21 55lb. KB Swings, 12 Pull-Ups- 10:57 minutes.  Hard training day today.  Legs are whipped.

"Du-Bata" this morning.  Run#1- 11%, 7.5mph, .35miles, Row-1002 meters, Run#2- 8%, 8mph, .42 miles.  Bike- 10 minutes cool-down.  Mobility and stretching after.  Strength & Conditioning after school....

TT Hill Bike ride this morning on the trainer.  15 minutes.  This really hurt....A LOT.  Ended up with 1:30 hrs. for the workout.  Easy spin this afternoon.

8-29-10 Training Day

Strength & Conditioning first this morning.  5 sets of 8 Kip Pull-Ups, 8 Ring Dips, 10 80lb. Overhead Squats, 10 Toes to Bars, 15 Sit-Ups- 13:28 min.  Interval run at track after some recovery and mobility work.  5 min. warm-up, 12x1min./30 rec. intervals.  Average HR was 95% covered 2.2 miles.  Form and jog cool-down with stretching and soak in cold-water.  Tough today.

Strength & Conditioning this morning.  8sets/1rep of 250lbs. Deadlift on the min.  6sets/2reps of 70lbs. Snatches on the min.  5-10-15-25-20-15-10-5 reps of Tuck Jumps 6:45 min.  Mobility and core work after.

Strength & Conditioning after school today.  5 sets; used 25lb DB's and wore 20lb. vest.  6 HS Push-Ups, Farmer Carry up stairs, 15 Squats, Farmer Carry back down stairs.  8:04 min.  This hurt really bad.  Did some push-ups and core work after.  Body is done for...
